We ship received orders from our warehouse to your address using reputed and registered logistic partners. Orders are usually shipped within 2 (two) business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid and upon confirmation of order for COD, if otherwise, you’ll be informed via email or a phone call from us.
As per the Indian laws, we will send the Invoice copy along with the package as a part of shipping document. Receipt will be required to be signed upon delivery by the person who ordered products. DenTek Oral Care India will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.
We are not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for shortages / damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
The shipping and handling fees are declared at the time of check out and you will know about the same before making payment. Such charges are part of the invoice generated by us.
Out of Stock Policy
It is possible that some of our products are marked out of stock. We really apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to this. In case, we accepted your order but we are unable to deliver your selected product, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled.
If a product is out of stock, you may fill a ‘Notify Me’ form on the product description page. We will get back to you as soon the product is available.
In case, you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our customer care either through mail/ telephone within 24 hours of your placement of order. We will not be able to cancel any order after 24 hours of your order placement.
The oral care products cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors. So, we don’t accept exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered. In case of there is any problem or quality issue with the product, we can definitely exchange the product. Our Customer Care Executive will understand the problem and explain the further process for exchange. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition.

We offer you multiple payment methods. We use trusted payment gateway partners who use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You can pay using all major credit cards and debit cards. You may also make payment via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product. This mode of payment facility is only available in selected regions/areas. The system will notify you if COD option is available to you at the time of purchase.
